All they need customers are their mobile and then, by CONNECTing to the Hellenic Bank Mobile App and through a few simple steps, they have the opportunity to apply for the credit facilities they desire.

One of the advantages of the application, compared to physical bank branches, is that registered users can at any time log in to the Hellenic Bank Mobile App for their needs, using an extremely friendly online environment.

From the home page they can go in the “More” section and then in the “Lending Products” section to choose the credit facility they want.

The personal loanis provided for an amount of up to €30,000 without requiring personal guarantees and can have either a fixed interest rate, with a duration of five years for stability and convenience, or a variable interest rate, with a duration of seven years for greater flexibility.

The account with overdraft limit refers to a credit facility of up to €20,000 for the customer's daily transactions and needs, offering immediate liquidity, debit card and standing payment orders.

Regarding the acquisition of a credit card, customers can choose either the Visa Blue Credit and Mastercard Blue Credit cards, which offer free basic travel cover, free purchase protection insurance and an interest-free shopping period, or the Visa Gold Credit, Mastercard Platinum Credit and Mastercard Elite Credit for additional benefits and exclusive services.

Customers are served with the following simple steps: first they select the type and amount of credit, then fill in the fields with the information requested, then upload the necessary documents to the application and download the pre-contractual documents and finally submit their application.

When the application is approved, the process continues again electronically, with the signing of the documents for the personal credit facilities.

The only exception are the cases of mortgage and car financing, for which only one visit of the customer to a store is required for the final signature.
