The Taxation Department announced on Monday the extension of the right to submit the detailed statement of information and the VAT refund request – Special status for farmers until May 31, 2023.
In its announcement, the Department reminds that from the year 2023 the VAT form 207 – Application for VAT refund and detailed statement of data concerning the Special Status of Farmers will only be submitted electronically through the Tax For All – TFA Taxpayer Portal.
It is added that due to the special circumstances resulting from the implementation of the first stage of Tax For All and for the better service of the persons affected, the right to submit the detailed statement of data and the VAT refund request – Special status of farmers is extended until May 31, 2023.
It is added that in order to be able to submit their declaration electronically, those interested must create an account at Tax For All – TFA, while for more information on creating an account, they can visit the website of the Department of Taxation www.mof.gov.cy/tax under the icon TFA → Update → Information → Special Status of Farmers – Instructions for creating an account.
It is added that relevant videos have also been prepared, which interested parties can find on the website of the Tax Department under the icon TFA → Simulations (video): → Declarations → Submit Detailed Statement – EKA → Services – Refund Request.
