After the establishment of the branch of the Medical School in Frankfurt, another important development is added to the dynamic development of the European University of Cyprus with the establishment of the Veterinary School.
The School of Veterinary Medicine offers a five-year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, and is a dynamic and multifaceted center for training future veterinarians and promoting scientific research in all areas of veterinary medicine.
Students will be trained in state-of-the-art simulation and clinical skills development laboratories, while combining theoretical and clinical training by carrying out their practice at the University Small Animal Clinic on Campus and through a wide range of collaborations with contracting agencies.
The Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree meets the requirements of the European System of Evaluation of Veterinary Training (ESEVT) and other EU and international directives.
The European University of Cyprus, with the establishment of a Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, strengthens the University's excellence in the field of health, since it provides the most comprehensive set of studies in Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine and Health Sciences & of Life in Cyprus as it offers 24 programs in these specific fields, while 11 of them exclusively in Cyprus.
