Thus, they can gain free access to the Bank's digital channels to monitor and manage their accounts.
In addition, Hellenic Bank is the only one in Cyprus that offers its customers the possibility to make free cash withdrawals in euros from ATMs of any bank at home or abroad, using a debit card linked to a Savings account or Basic Account of Hellenic Bank .
A comprehensive range of free online services
In total, through Online Banking, Hellenic customers can pay to 17 categories of organizations and to more than 1,200 accounts, in collaboration with JCC Smart, at no charge at all.

Increasing the limit on free money transfers (SEPA) at €5,000
A decisive step in the facilities provided by the Bank to its customers is the extension of the limit of free money transfers to financial institutions in Cyprus and Europe (SEPA) to €5,000. The free service applies to online money transfers in euros, within the EU and with a regular execution date.

For example, a small and medium-sized business, with employees whose payroll does not exceed €5,000, can cover this particular expense without any additional charge. Accordingly, a family is now able to send their child abroad an amount of up to €5,000 without worrying about additional costs.
