The popular actor and star of the “Avengers” movies posted, through his Instagram account, a video of himself walking in an anti-gravity machine. This machine allows users to walk with less stress on the joints and muscles of the lower body.

J. Renner confirmed that he could make moves thanks to the treadmill. In the caption accompanying the video, she wrote: “Now it's time for my body to rest and recover.”

Since the New Year, when he was injured and hospitalized, Renner has been updating fans on his state of health and his recovery. In February, he posted a picture on social media of himself using devices attached to his thigh and calf to help with “muscle strength.”

The actor broke more than 30 bones in total in the accident in Nevada. According to authorities, he was returning to the vehicle when it began to slide, pulling him underneath.

A police release later revealed that the emergency brake on the snowplow had not been properly applied before the actor got out, which led to the accident. In addition, Renner said he tried to remove his nephew from the vehicle.
