The responsibility for the observance of the measure concerning the electronic control of possession of SafePass in no case should concern the company, but exclusively the citizen / visitor / customer, according to a letter sent to the Minister of Health, Michalis Hadjipandelas, the President of OEB, Antonis Antoniou and the President of the CCCI, Christodoulos Agastiniotis.

The letter notes, however, that the measure may contribute to the more effective implementation of controls.
