With the big concert of Elli Kokkinou and the music group Kings, in Castle Square, the events for the Flood continued on Sunday night in Paphos.
The program also included Greek dances by the dance group of the "Ktima" for many years it has been identified with the area of Kato Paphos Castle "which is one of the most beautiful and picturesque spots in the Mediterranean".
He said, we Paphites feel proud because we inherited from our ancestors the picturesque port of Kato Pafos which has been a point of reference and meeting point for the population of the entire region since the depths of the centuries.
He also expressed his satisfaction for the traffic of Paphos on the days of the Flood.
The Mayor said that the Municipality is organizing the Feast of the Flood aiming to contribute through these three-day events to the preservation of the cultural identity and tradition of our place.

Today at 17:00 in the harbor of Kato Paphos, sea competitions are organized by the Paphos Nautical Club and the Municipality of Paphos.
The events continue on the 20 :00 in the evening at the Castle, with Cypriot traditional dances from the folklore group "To Kastro", traditional island dances from the dance group of the Aphrodite Geroskipou Folklore Group and a great concert of the Nikola Mavresis Music Scheme with songs by Michalis Leventis and Frederikis Tobazou .
In Polis Chrysochous, the events continued on Sunday with the big concert with Giorgos Tsalikis and Maria Karlakis.
This afternoon there are water sports and children's entertainment with boats. Later dances will be presented by the dance group of Diamantos Neophytou and the dance group Drakou.
Also at 20:00 there will be a concert with Maria Karlaki and Panagiotis Hatziantonis.
