INGREDIENTS:

½ large loaf of French bread
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. dry oregano
½ green pepper cut into slices
½ red pepper cut into slices
200 gr. grated mozzarella cheese
1 glass of mixed green and black olives “THE KING OF OLIVES” seedless, cut into pieces

EXECUTION:

1 . Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

2. Cut the French bread in half and again evenly along its entire length to create 4 servings. Place the pieces of bread in the pan.

3. In a small bowl, mix the ketchup with the pulp and oregano. Spread the mixture on the surface of each piece of bread. Sprinkle evenly with peppers, olives and finish with cheese.

4. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is completely melted, for about 20 minutes or more if you want the pizza to brown more.

5. Serve hot.
