A car accident involving two cars occurred around 6.15 on Friday afternoon on Tseriou Avenue, in Nicosia. The driver of one of the vehicles was released by the Fire Brigade, while the other car was carrying children aged 3 and 4 with their mother, who, according to information, do not appear to have been injured.
The circumstances under which the collision of the two vehicles took place are being investigated by the Police.
The female driver and her two children, aged 3 and 4, were riding in one vehicle. The other vehicle was driven by a man, who was released from his vehicle by members of the Fire Service and then transported by ambulance to the Nicosia General Hospital for medical examinations.
There is damage to the front of one vehicle and the rear of the other vehicle.
Members of the Lakatamia Police Station conducted examinations at the scene.
