Lexus' brand new compact SUV is here to make every day special
The brand new Lexus LBX was presented at the Lexus Center Nicosia, the compact SUV that arrived to upgrade everything data in its class and set the bar for Lexus even higher.
The new Lexus crossover impressed the media representatives. with the refined aesthetics of its design, the high luxury, the fine refinement and the technological excellence that characterizes it.
Mr. Loukas Leonidou, Marketing & CX Manager, of Toyota Cyprus, during his presentation, thanked the guests for their presence and mentioned, among other things, that: “Lexus has a long history of pushing the boundaries, constantly evolving the concept of personalized luxury to become a thoroughly personal affair. So, without any compromise on the quality, luxury and refinement of Lexus, today we unveil before you and invite you to explore the car that embodies all the elements that have elevated it to the top, the Lexus LBX. The all-new, pure-hybrid electric LBX is a landmark model that changes everything up until now. The initials LBX stand for Lexus Breakthrough Crossoverand describe a compact SUV that adopts modern ideas and trends in design and technology, yet maintains the luxurious craftsmanship and concept of Omotenashi'.
Then Mr. Konstantinos Ioannidis, Director of Lexus Cyprus focused on the new design identity of the model, its sophisticated interior design and the new generation of Lexus hybrid drive.
The LBX will be offered in four “atmospheres”, in addition to the basic one, Elegant (more sophisticated and fashionable), Relax (more classic and luxurious), Emotion(more sporty, with two colors) and Cool (more dynamic and refined).
LBX evolves the design philosophy “Resolute Look< /strong>“and establishes it, giving a leading role to the new rendering of the fuselage grille with its trapezoidal and honeycomb grille with external dimensions more compact than any other Lexus. The design builds on the legacy of Lexus' “Resolute Look” first introduced with the 2003 LF-S concept.
The LBX features a simple and refined interior that exudes the feel of a premium model. This result is based on three main elements: good visibility with an open view to the outside and a simple, smooth instrument panel, a sense of spacious interior and a center console with an imposing presence.
Thanks to the compact size of the LBX, almost every inch of the car is visible from the steering wheel, adding to the confidence, comfort and control the driver enjoys with Lexus Driving Signature.
With the official first unveiling of the model in Cyprus, the LBX captured impressions and attracted attention, while it is ready to make every day special on the roads of Cyprus.
