In the context of the latest decisions of the Council of Ministers to deal with the pandemic, EAC Supply informs consumers that its Customer Service Centers continue to operate applying all health protection measures.
EAC Supply urges its customers to be served and pay their bills electronically or by telephone from the comfort and security of their own space. The contact numbers, e-mail addresses and fax numbers of the Regional Procurement Offices are posted on the EAC website www.eac.com.cy. In addition, for anything related to the accounts of EAC Promitheia customers, the 1818 call center is available to the public.
Bill payments can be made in the following ways:
• Online using a credit or debit card
• Through the EAC website www.eac.com.cy
• Via the free mobile application EAC Mobile App
• Through the websites of banking institutions
• Through telephone communication with the KEP
• Via Direct Debit Bank Order (direct debit)
For cases where customers are unable to be served electronically or by telephone, the EAC Supply JSCs remain open with full implementation of the special protection protocols. In all KEP, special protective dividers have been placed at the points of contact with the public. The safety distance of 2 meters is meticulously observed, as well as the maximum number of people who can be in the space at the same time, according to the requirement for 1 person per 10 sq.m.
