Coronavirus cases in the United Kingdom reached 39,329 on Wednesday, a high rate, but for the 18th day reduced on a weekly basis.
In particular, last Wednesday more than 41 thousand new infections were registered.
On a rolling seven-day basis, the reduction of cases is close to 15%. The death toll, confirmed at 24 hours, was 214, with a seven-day increase of 1.4%.
A new decrease was registered in the number of hospitalized coronavirus carriers, which have decreased to 8,859, with 1,023 being intubated.
The number of fully vaccinated is close to 46 million, 79.8% of UK residents aged 12 and over.
19% have already taken the third installment.
