Dinos Karydis gave an interview to the magazine in the magazine “Well”, who spoke -among other things- about how his collaboration with Aliki Vougiouklaki was.
The incident with Dimitris Papamichael
“It was amazing! As soon as I finished school and the army, my first jobs were with the Vougiouklaki-Papamichael troupe. It was amazing. I will tell you a fact to understand. I generally improvise in the theater. So in a show we were playing together, I said an attack on Papamichael, which was out of a play and the audience laughed a lot and applauded.
At the end of the show, Dimitris comes out and tells me 'You will not say that again'. Alice hears it and says' What do you say to Dinos? Of course he will! Didn't you see the response below? ' and then he got up and left and went to his dressing room. “It was great,” he said.
