Interview with the CEO of the company, Andrea Andreou

What does each customer mean to you?
With well-trained staff, we can offer a complete service system, helping our customers understand the data they have and suggest solutions that are feasible, always guided by their protection, utilizing the most modern technical methods. One of the key features of AA International Audit is our methodical approach to our customers, since for us, all customers are equal and deserve the same respect, regardless of the sector in which it operates. What are your goals and aspirations as a company?
Our goal is to provide our services at the highest possible level, within the law, so that our customers to be completely happy. In addition, we aspire to grow more as a company, in terms of range of services, but also geographically expanding to other countries.
How do you differentiate yourself from other companies?

What do you think characterizes AA International Audit?

What do you think is what attracts customers to your company? And how do you gain the trust of your customers?
We work hard and we have built a good name in our field and we believe that is what attracts our customers. With transparency and efficiency, trust is achieved. In other words, we explain what a situation is and suggest solutions as to how it would be good to deal with it. We explain any problems that may arise and our customers are aware of each step of the process from the beginning.
What methods or strategy do you follow as a company?
There are three main starting points of our company's strategic positioning, which are not necessarily mutually exclusive, on the contrary, they often alternate and combine with each other. The first is based on the choice of product or service (variety-based positioning). The second is based on the choice of strategy based on the satisfaction of the needs of the company's customers (need-based positioning). In this case the company tries to meet the different needs of its customers by following different combinations of activities, which can lead to the desired result.

What is the vision as CEO?
My vision as CEO of the company, is to create a company that will provide to a large number of customers throughout Cyprus, Accounting – Tax Services quality where with a gun legality and proper organization leads to business and personal profits. A company whose way of operating, principles and ethics will be respected and socially accepted.
How has AA International Audit managed the situation created by the coronavirus pandemic? And what is the role of the accountant in the post-pandemic era?
In this difficult period that we have gone through and are going through, we have had and we aim to support those who have suffered the most damage and have suffered more in recovering and slowly returning our economy to where it was before the pandemic. With constant updates to all our clients about the measures that were announced, we provided free assistance in submitting statements for the measures to support the economy.
Why it is important in these days to have an accountant who to trust?
The role of the accountant is to guide his clients based on numbers. More specifically to direct the customer to the most important part of his business, since it is the most profitable but also to how he can improve the areas that are less profitable.
