The President of the CCCI, Christodoulos Agastiniotis, appeared furious and deeply disappointed in his statements to Insider.
Mr. Agastiniotis succeeded against the members of the epidemiological team that advises the government in relation to the positions they made on the issue of the planned protests.
“It is not possible for businesses, hotels and restaurants to be closed, for me to need a message to see my mother and grandchildren and to go to a pharmacy and hear epidemiologists say that there is a way to hold supervised demonstrations. The right to protest may not exceed the right to work and business. “As CCCI, we declare that we are intensely disappointed with the statements of members of our epidemiological team”, he concluded.
