Akritas was the big winner in one of the two derbies that includes the 20th game of the second division championship and which concern the upper margins of the standings.
The team of Chloraka, in the game that opened the curtain of the match, prevailed with 2-0 of Alki Oroklini. The goals for the winners were scored by Karamoko (74 ′) and Gelavi ((78 ′).
With this three-pointer, Akritas climbed to the top of the standings – at least temporarily – and is waiting for the results from tomorrow's games. Nea Salamina and Hermes, which are also in the group of champions, play each other, while the Union plays on Sunday with Olympias Lympion.
