Our goal is to raise public awareness of chronic kidney disease
The Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd in the context of the 32nd Annual Chronic Kidney Disease Awareness and Prevention Week, participated together with the Staffin the international #ShowΥourKidneys campaign, honoring March 14, World Kidney Day.
The #ShowYourKidneys initiative, is part of the wider effort to raise awareness of society for information, prevention and recognition of risk factors as a result of chronic kidney disease. This worldwide movement, with its main platform Social Networking Media, urges individuals, organized groups and not, to participate by posting photos with their fists placed near the point of the kidneys, i.e. on the side of the waist, thus projecting the importance of our kidneys, but also support in the effort to inform about Chronic Kidney Disease.
The Alpha Bank Cyprus, participating in this global initiative, within the Corporate Responsibility Program, went on to post photos on her Social Media channels of staff members making the signature fist bump, encouraging others to do the same while reinforcing the message of chronic kidney disease awareness and awareness. .
