The lawyers Giorgos Triantafyllidis and Pampos Ioannidis with a statement call on the Attorney General to make public the conclusion of the criminal investigator Achilleas Emilianidis on the prisons.

The newspaper Politis and the Reporter refer to excerpts from the conclusion of the criminal investigator Mr. Achillea Emilianidis which, if they correspond to reality, completely contradict yesterday's announcement by the Legal Service on the non-prosecution of Mr. Michalis Katsounotou.
We call on Mr. Achilleas Emilianidis to take a public stand and state whether the above publications correspond to reality, otherwise he will have to deny them. If Mr. Emilianidis does not deny them, then we will indeed consider them to be true.

In the above publications it is mentioned, among other things, that Mr. Emilianidis made findings that Mr. Katsounotos was possessed by a strong personal grudge against Ms. Aristotelus, that he would have personal glory, advancement and success and that he himself has not found indifference and indifference in the actions of the Prisons management in relation to the use of illegal mobile phones and drugs in the Prisons but the opposite. Further in the publications in question, it is stated that Mr. Emilianidis came to the conclusion that it is not allowed for anyone to act in this way, adding that he was acting like a rapist referring to Mr. Michalis Katsounotos.
The matter is extremely serious and a matter of order arises because if the above publications are accurate then certainly the announcement of the Legal Service on the non-prosecution of Mr. Katsounotou does not mention the real facts, at least with regard to the conclusion and findings of Mr. Emilianidis.
Data that the non-criminal prosecution of Mr. Katsounotou has been decided and the investigative work is now over, we call on the Attorney General of the Republic in the context of transparency to publicize the conclusion of Mr. Emilianidis or at least deliver it to the parties involved and specifically to our clients or their lawyers.
