High pressure is affecting the area, according to the weather report from the Bureau of Meteorology.
Today the weather will be mostly clear, but locally, there will be periods of increased cloud cover. Winds will be mainly southwest to northwest, light, 3 Beaufort and locally to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to a little rough. The temperature will rise to around 19 degrees in the interior, around 18 on the coasts and around 12 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight the weather will be mostly clear with locally increased clouds, mainly on the coasts. Locally, thin fog or even low clouds may form. The winds will be mainly northwest to northeast, weak, 3 Beaufort and the sea will be calm to a little rough. The temperature will drop to around 3 degrees in the interior, around 7 on the coasts and around 2 degrees in the higher mountains, where locally frost is expected to form.
On Monday, there will be intermittent increased clouds. On Tuesday and Wednesday, locally increased clouds are likely to give isolated rain, mainly in the mountains.
The temperature is not expected to change significantly until Monday, while on Tuesday it will see a slight increase to remain above the average climatic values.
