Bank of Cyprus is reviewing the “Declaration of Personal Data Protection” for the processing of personal data of individuals.
In a statement, the Bank informs the public that the revised declaration meets the requirements of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and on the Protection of Individuals against of the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of this Data Law of 2018 (L.125 (I) / 2018).
The statement concerns clients or potential clients of Bank of Cyprus, representatives of its clients or potential clients, as well as beneficiaries of legal entities of its clients or potential clients.
The public can find this statement and be informed about the processing of their personal data, rights and other important information regarding the security and use of their data at Bank of Cyprus, from the Bank's website (www.bankofcyprus. com.cy), the electronic service channels and the branches of Bank of Cyprus.
