A dinner of love, joy and smiles to sixteen needy families of the Lyceum and TESEK of Agios Charalambous Empas was offered on Thursday night by the Evening Technical School of Paphos (ESTEE Paphos) in collaboration with the Lyceum and TESEK of Agios Charalambous Empas.

According to Christa Christofi Panagiotou, head of the Culinary Department of the Evening School of the Lyceum and TESEK of Agios Charalambous Empas, the message that should be given to the world is that helping our fellow human beings should not only be during the holidays but also all year round . For us, he said characteristically, “every day is Christmas”. and avocado.
The menu included cappuccino mushroom soup, brisket stuffed with chestnuts, pickled fruit, comandaria sauce with pomegranate, rice pilaf with orange and pine nuts, caramelized carrots and broccoli. Finally, the dinner ended with a dessert that included a Christmas chocolate log and various sweets.
The whole effort was made by students of the Culinary Department of the Evening School of the Lyceum and TESEK of Agios Charalambous Empas who are employees, they got leave for the for this purpose and from 16:00 in the afternoon they rushed to the kitchen of the Vespers to prepare the menu. Our goal, Mrs. Christofi continued, is to give joy to needy families.
