A Human Library will operate in the space: A library that will be constantly moving and in which we will not find paper books, since the books will be human beings, who, because of some characteristic they have in their identity, are treated with ignorance, suspicion, prejudice or racism. “Book” and reader thus come to a personal dialogue, with a very interesting result and conclusions. Come and meet 13 human books, from the Human Library Cyprus, telling their personal stories, hosted at Mediteranneo of the Annabelle Hotel.

At the same time our little friends will try to discover, “Who ate the last Turkish delight?”. Come let's solve the mystery of the lost loukuma, make honey with loukumas and create something unreal together: a magical tablecloth that, once laid, we serve love, joy, respect and acceptance. Telling of the fairy tale “Who ate the last Turkish delight?”, by the award-winning author Santi Antoniou, and visual activities by the also award-winning visual artist Elena Tsigaridou.

Joining us is the start-up, innovative platform, Ablebook, an online platform that provides services and information for people with disabilities and vulnerable groups around accessibility in all areas. Come and meet the platform and learn how it can improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and by extension vulnerable groups.

Finally, Ladies Circle 5 Paphos will offer experiential activities for young and old, in order to understand first hand the barriers created for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). Wheelchair route, blindfolded obstacle course, etc.

On Sunday, May 7, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the Town Hall Square will be transformed into a sports workshop and will host sports, street sports, music and dance for young and old.

With the support of Aspire Cycling (subsidiary of Mokapot Productions) organizes its annual bike ride at 10.30am. The ride is open to the public, young and old, free of charge. Handicapped participation for participants to experience first-hand the cycling experience of a Person with a Disability (PWD).

At the same time from 11:00 to 14:00, the Town Hall Square will host the sports of archery and wheelchair basketball. With the support of Paphos Archery Club and the 3A Archery club, the public will have the opportunity to meet and compete against our European-winning blind archer Christos Misos and other disabled archers.

Also with the support of Cyprus 3X3 of the Atlas basketball team and the APOP wheelchair basketball team, the attendees will test their skills in basketball and wheelchair basketball competitions.

The Non-Profit Organization “YPARCHO”, will offer experiential activities in the sports of para-tennis, wheelchair throwing and blind speedway, in an effort to understand the difficulties that exist but also the variety of sports that already exist for the disabled.

We will also be joined by the Paphos Rollin'Hood team who will introduce the attendees to the secrets of roller skating (skating) and demonstrate basketball with skates! Street culture will be enriched with dance by Studio 6 School of Dance and School of Fine Arts.
