The role and responsibilities of the Cyprus Ports Authority were explained to the new Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, Alexis Vafeadis, by the Administration and Management of the Authority.
At a meeting in Central Offices of the Authority, on Tuesday, there was also an exchange of views in relation to joint synergies and the delimitation of the framework of the vision and strategy of the Cyprus Ports Authority.
As mentioned in a statement after the presentation by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Ports Authority, Dr. Antonis St. Stylianou was followed by an open discussion on the issues related to the further development of the Authority.

For his part, Mr. Vafeadis stated that he looks forward to close cooperation between of his Ministry and himself personally with the Board of Directors of the Authority.
