I have had the opportunity for the last five months, when I was performing my duties of the Deputy Minister to the President, to work closely with you and to recognize that not only your skills and diligence, but also your perseverance, faith & nbsp; and your support for the President of the Republic. & nbsp;
You are one of the very few who know the President of the Republic, of the very few who have been with him for so long and proved that you really deserve it. & Nbsp;
I do not hide from you that I am leaving with mixed feelings. Leaving the State Department in spite of the President, who is a close associate of the President – you attend all the meetings, next to the President, his visits abroad and during his contacts – and taking on new duties, is a challenge. This challenge becomes even greater if one takes into account that I am succeeding a very capable Minister who left an indelible mark on the Ministry. & Nbsp;
