The Court also ordered that the 74-year-old remain in custody and gave instructions for the report to be prepared by the Welfare Office.
The 74-year-old faces the charge of premeditated murder but according to what was said before the Court there is a possibility of changing his answer from not admitting to admitting the condition that he will now be charged with murder.
