A proposal for the extension of the existing measures against the spread of the new coronavirus, until December 2, 2021, will be presented tomorrow, Wednesday before the Council of Ministers, by the Minister of Health, Michalis Hadjipandelas.
According to information, the Minister of Health will also present a proposal for the granting of a booster dose to people aged 50 and over, provided that a period of 6 months has passed.
A source from the Ministry of Health states that the proposal will include people with severe obesity, regardless of age.
The meeting of the Council of Ministers will take place at 09:00.
It is noted that the decree with the current measures expires on November 8, 2021.
