For the purposes of the Municipal Elections, special polling centers will operate which have been designated for the refugee voters of the semi-occupied Municipal Districts of Nicosia, Agios Dometios, Aglantzia, Deryneia, Achnas and Acheritou, according to the General Commissioner of Elections.
Certain special election centers will operate as follows:
Semi-occupied Municipal District of Nicosia
In Nicosia, centers will operate at the Kykkos A' Unified High School, Center A' , Pernera Primary School, Center B, Agios Vassiliou High School, Center C, Anthoupoleos Gymnasium, Center D, Lakatamia C Primary School, Center E and Latsion High School, Center F
Centers will also operate in Limassol at the Tsirio Gymnasium, Center A, in Larnaca at the Vergina High School, Center A and in Paphos at the Paphos High School, Center A
Semi-occupied Municipal District of Agios Dometios In Limassol, a center will operate at the 1st Technical School of Limassol, Center 1 and in Paphos at the 1st Lyceum of Paphos, Center 1.
Semi-occupied Municipal District of Aglantzia
A center will operate in Nicosia at Arch. Makarios III Platy High School, Center T
Semi-Occupied Municipal District of Deryneia
Centers will operate in Nicosia at Acropolis High School , Center A, in Limassol at Tsirio High School, Center A, in Famagusta at Deryneia High School, Centers K, L, in Larnaca at Vergina High School, Center A and in Paphos High School A Paphos, Center A
Semi-occupied Achnas Municipal District
Centers will operate in Nicosia at the Acropolis High School, Center A, in Limassol at the Laniteo Lyceum (State Institute of Education), Center A, in Famagusta at the Achnas Public Kindergarten, Centers V, VI, in Larnaca at the Drosias Gymnasium, Centers A', B' and in Paphos at the Lyceum A' Paphos, Center A'.
Semi-occupied Municipal District of Acheritou
Centers will operate in Nicosia at Acropolis High School, Center A', in Limassol at Laniteio Lykeio (State Institute of Education), Center A', in Famagusta at Acheritou Primary School, Centers D', V', in Larnaca at Agios Georgios High School, Center A' and in Paphos at Lykeio A΄ Paphos, Center A'.
It is emphasized that these voters also vote for the Municipality/Municipal District/Community in which they live.
For any additional information and clarifications, the interested parties can contact the Elections Service at the Ministry of the Interior or the District Administrations, which will be open on the day of the elections to serve them, it states.
