Reason of the gradual transition to the new Computerized System TAX FOR ALL (TFA), the Withholding Taxes and Contributions Statement (TΦ7) for the year 2024 and after will be submitted through the TFA system and not through the TAXISnet system, a process that was in force until now, the Department reports of Taxation.
In an announcement by the Department, it is pointed out that for the year 2024 only an annual declaration will be submitted within the year 2025, while for the following years monthly declarations are also submitted.
Additionally, the Tax Department informs that for the submission of the ΤΦ7 Declaration it is necessary to enter a valid Tax Identification Number for all employees.
It is underlined that the process of paying the withheld tax and contributions for the year 2024 is still done through the Tax Portal, at the specified time, in accordance with the Tax Certification and Collection legislation.
