16-year-old Mint Butterfield, child of the founders of Slack and Flicr, went missing from her home last week and was found safe on Sunday.
Missing daughter of two Silicon Valley tech moguls found alive in the back of a white van a week after she disappeared in a crime-ridden neighborhood.
16-year-old Mint Butterfield's parents are Slack co-founder Stewart Butterfield and Flickr mogul Caterina Fake. Their only daughter disappeared from her mother's home in Bolinas, California on April 21.

“On April 27th, at approximately 11:30 p.m., missing Mint Butterfield was located safely in San Francisco,” according to a press release issued by authorities.
It was during the investigation that officials learned Mint Butterfield might be with her 26-year-old boyfriend Christopher “Kio” Dizefalo.
A white van associated with Dizefalo was located and police approached the vehicle, finding Mint Butterfield safe and unharmed.
San Francisco investigators confirmed that Mint Butterfield drove it voluntarily. She was returned to her family, while Dizefalo was questioned by police.
The 26-year-old was arrested on multiple counts and his bond was set at $50,000.
Authorities thanked the help and citizens who provided information in the effort to locate minor Mint Butterfield that ultimately led to her safe return to her family.
