“I fell into the trap of trying to be in magazines,” said Theseas Ioannou, among others.
Theseas Ioannou was a guest on the ShowBiz podcast, “Winter Is Back”with Charalambos Heimonas. Among other things, the well-known journalist and presenter of ANT1 TV spoke about his career, but also his family. At the same time, he talked about the period of his life when he felt that he was overexposed to the media.
“Yes, at some point I felt like I bought her and it's something I regret. At one point I slipped away and fell into the trap of trying to be in the magazines. There was an incredible exposure, which I think hurt me. If I hadn't backed down, I might not be here now. Maybe I was “burning”?”, Theseas Ioannou initially said on the ShowBiz podcast.
Then, Theseas Ioannou was asked who was the person who was by his side and helped him: “My wife Anastasia. Before Anastasia I had incredible media exposure. […] Anastasia is out of place and doesn't like the view, so she made me take a step back. In the beginning I also cut back a lot on my going out and posting on Facebook, so that all got cut back.”
