On December 28, the investigating officers Stefanos Skordis and Panagiotis Kailis submitted their multi-page report to the Committee on Ethics and Protection of Sports.
The members of this committee all these days had the opportunity to consider it and next Monday (10/01) in their scheduled session they will decide on what is to be born. In other words, they will clearly express their positions on whether there are disciplinary or criminal responsibilities of persons involved in this much-discussed struggle.
In the Legal Service
The conclusion, depending on the decision that will be taken by the executives of the Committee of Ethics and Protection of Sports, will be forwarded to the Legal Service with the relevant suggestions.
If the Legal Service, which will have the last word, deems that there are criminal responsibilities, then the prosecuting authorities (Police) will be mobilized with the ultimate goal of forming a case file and registering it in court.
Whatever is decided on Monday, it will be officially announced by noon on Tuesday.
