Something special is brewing on Limassol's beachfront: a new destination, a diverse community that coexists harmoniously with the city. The long-awaited delivery of the front two flagship towers at Trilogy is underway, with office and apartment owners taking delivery of their properties. Along with this important milestone, the 6,850 m2 public square is also being completed, which is also getting ready to welcome the public this summer.

The pulse of Trilogy will beat in the public square, whose special personality and atmosphere will not be compared to any other destination in Cyprus. With the energy of a European city and the uniqueness of Mediterranean life near the sea, the square will host elaborate dining areas: Greek cuisine in the West Tower, an urban food court with artisan creations next to the shops and the hair salon, and fine dining in the East Tower which will be Trilogy's flagship restaurant and bar.

A point of reference for lovers of good food, and travelers from all corners of the island and beyond, Trilogy Square promises to become the new must destination. “Choosing the best team for this space was a priority for us. Our desire was to approach talents absolutely intertwined with our brand and the concept of the project. We were looking for people with passion, attention to detail and authenticity, with a perception of the renewed and multinational character of today's Limassol. We were looking for individuals and groups with international expertise in Mediterranean culture. We were excited when Chef Athenagoras Kostakos took over as Culinary Director, flanked by his team, but also for our collaboration with “The Clumsies” of Athens to create a unique cocktail menu”, said Michalis Hatzipanagiotou, Trilogy's Executive Director.

Athenagoras Kostakos is one of the most famous Chefs in Greece. His many years of experience and success in all areas of catering are behind countless successful projects worldwide, such as “Bacchanalia” in Mayfair, London, “Mazi” in Notting Hill, “Meraki” in London, Riyadh and Porto Cervo, 'Soho House' in Malibu and 'Lyra' in Chicago. His award-winning culinary career and dedication were also captured at Noema, Scorpios, Branco and Soho House in Mykonos, from where he began his journey as Head Chef at Bill and Coo. His professionalism and knowledge come to tie with the team of “The Clumsies”, a bar in the center of Athens that was awarded and included for seven consecutive years in the 50 best bars in the world. 'The Clumsies' team's attention to ingredients, flawless execution of recipes and communication with customers adds that extra something to their already excellent cocktails with distinctive flavors.

'This is the new perspective we wanted for Limassol”, notes Mr. Hatzipanagiotou. “Trilogy's live-work-play tripartite will be reflected in the energy and optimism of all the attributes possessed by the catering team.” Managed and operated by Lanitis Entertainment Ltd, the West Tower restaurant and food court will open this summer. The iconic East Tower restaurant and bar designed by Berlin's world-renowned Lambs and Lions Studio will open in September, along with the shops and salon.
