This year, as we all realize, Christmas will be a little different like the festive parties. Unfortunately, we will not take the company to go out. Instead, small gatherings in friendly homes will be our main outlet. This does not mean, however, that we can not have fun! And fun without a little alcohol does not say. Make the bar of your house, bring supplies and see the following easy cocktail recipes that the bartender and owner of Spritzeria Ermou, Panagiotis Savva, offers us with a lot of love. Cheers!
Pink spritz
4cl Tanqueray gin
6cl prosecco
Top up pink grapefruit soda
Put ice, gin, prosecco and grapefruit soda in a wine cellar. Stir, garnish with fresh grapefruit and enjoy.
Hot Toddy
5cl bourbon whiskey
1 teaspoon of honey (or 2 if we want it sweeter)
Top up with Hot water
Put the whiskey, honey and hot water in a hot glass
Stir, decorate with cinnamon sticks and enjoy.
Xmas Negroni
3cl Tanqueray Gin flavored with cinnamon * (in 30cl gin we put 1 cinnamon stick for one night.)
3cl Campari
3cl red vermouth flavored with clove (in 50cl red vermouth we put 10 cloves for one night.)
In a low glass, mix the gin, Campari & vermouth. Add ice and decorate with fresh orange.
