Any decision on whether the proposed takeover is against the public interest will be made by the media minister, according to Britain's Competition and Markets Authority
Britain's Competition and Markets Authority has delivered a report on the proposed takeover of the Daily Telegraph newspaper by the United Arab Emirates.
The report was received by Media Secretary Lucy Fraser , the watchdog announced on Monday.
Any decision on whether the takeover at issue is in the public interest will be made by Fraser, the watchdog added.
The reports will not are being released at this stage and are expected to be released when Fraser announces her decision. No date has been set for the decision.
