The incident happened early Monday afternoon with an 18-year-old, known to the victim, picking him up on a bicycle and taking him to a deserted location. A 17-year-old appeared there a little while later, to whom the student owed the money from the purchase and sale of the drug.
The two perpetrators are accused of hitting the 16-year-old in the face, tying him to a tree and then with the 17-year-old's mobile phone, they videotaped him demanding the amount of four hundred euros from the victim's father in return.
The 16-year-old's father called the police and they all rushed to the scene. The uniformed officers arrested the two perpetrators, confiscated the rope and insulating tape they had used to tie him to the tree.
