In a post on twitter, he states that Cyprus presents a rather satisfactory epidemiological picture, a fact that fills us with optimism. “I want to praise the cooperation of citizens, employees and companies, thanks to whom we have such a good performance”, the Minister states.
It calls on the citizens to continue the effort to stabilize the epidemiological indicators, so that we can safely proceed to the next stages of de-escalation.
The Minister of Health emphasizes that the health condition is improved, but the mutation of the virus and other factors do not allow complacency.
“The strategy of mass controls with rapid test, tracking and vaccination, is proving effective and is now being adopted by other countries. The aim is to avoid a setback that will nullify our efforts and sacrifices, as we see happening abroad. The next few days are very important “, the Minister states.
