The eight prisoners arrested for the murder of 41-year-old Turkish Cypriot Tansu Cidan, who was found dead in the Central Prisons, were brought before the Nicosia District Court.
According to the Police, the Court ordered the eight-day detention of the eight arrested and the TAE of Nicosia continues the examinations.

The autopsy procedure on the body took a long time of the 41-year-old Turkish Cypriot Tansu Cidan, who was found dead on the evening of Thursday, October 27, in the Central Prisons.
According to the findings of the autopsy, carried out by medical examiners Angeliki Papetta and Orthodoxos Orthodoxou, the 41-year-old's death was caused by injuries body. Also, samples were taken from his body for further scientific tests.
