The price of meat after the pandemic and the war in Ukraine is constantly increasing, therefore the price of pork is increasing again.
As he said on the show Alpha Kalimera, the President of Cyprus Association of Butchers Kostas Livadiotis, the new price for pork will be from €6 per bone to €6.30, as the price for butchers increased from €2 to €2.10.
Continuing, Mr. Kostas Livadiotis said that all meat prices have increased by about 50% compared to the previous 3-4 years, stressing at the same time that a session of the Board of the Association will be convened on Wednesday to address the issue of increases.
