Any general increases approved by law are added to the payroll. In addition, an indexation allowance is paid, in accordance with the rate approved by the Government from time to time. Qualifications required: (1) (a) University degree or equivalent in at least one of the following subjects or a combination of these subjects: Law (including Barrister-at-Law), Economics, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration , Political Science, Marketing, or (b) A member of any body of auditors recognized by the Council of Ministers, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Auditors. (Note: The term “university diploma or degree” also covers a postgraduate diploma or degree). (2) Postgraduate diploma or degree obtained after studies lasting at least one academic year in one of the subjects referred to in paragraph (1) (a) and/or a member of any body of auditors recognized by the Council of Ministers, in accordance with the provisions of on Law Auditors, in the case of a candidate who holds the qualifications referred to in paragraph (1) (a). (3) At least ten years of experience in matters or a combination of matters referred to in paragraph (1), of which at least three years of experience in matters of application of the Insolvency Framework. Ten years of experience to include at least five years of experience in supervisory/administrative duties, including planning, organizing, guiding, coordinating and supervising tasks. (4) Very good knowledge of the legislation related to the responsibilities of the Department. (5) Integrity of character, managerial, organizational and administrative capacity, initiative, responsibility and discretion. (6) Very good knowledge of Greek and English or French or German.
