The company will participate in the effort to support charitable institutions for children,through its platform
Wolt supports the charity work of Anna Vissi, who celebrates 50 years of singing, with a series of anniversary concerts of a charity nature and in collaboration with the dairy industry CHARALAMPIDIS CHRISTIS, join forces, supporting children in need. Specifically, Wolt offers its platform and enables all users to donate any amount they wish to support the Sophia Foundation for Children and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
The concert sends the message “Let's join forces, through love and giving, because together we become better!” with Christ Charalambidis contributing to the whole effort through the “Participation” program, and Wolt contributing to the collection of money for the practical support of children in need.
For this purpose, Wolt introduces a new special function that will allow users to donate the amount they wish to support the initiative. The action will remain in effect until October 1, one day after the climax of Anna Vissi's anniversary concerts in her hometown of Larnaca.
The contributions will be used for a number of charitable actions, culminating in the construction of 5 new rooms at the RMHC Nicosia Chapter of Ronald McDonald House Charities and the construction of 5 kitchens for the “Cook and Give” program of the Sophia Foundation for Children.
