The Ministry of Health clarifies the cases where citizens can go for a test without sending a message to 8998.
Specifically, citizens are allowed to travel for tests without sms:
If they work in companies / sectors that do not suspend their operation under the Decree.
On their way to / from work they can stop for tests as is the case with supermarkets / bakeries / essentials. Also, if they need to go abroad for work during their working hours, they can take a test by having the form for the certificate of movement of employees.
For units located in places that remain open, such as supermarkets, bakeries, public services, town halls, etc., if a citizen sends an SMS to go to one of these places (eg supermarket or a public service to settle some obligation) and there will be a unit on site for testing, no need to send another sms for the test.
