20 bars will participate, ten from Cyprus and ten from Greece and Italy
On Tuesday, October 19, the eyes of the global bartending will turn to Nicosia, in the Municipal Garden, where 20 top bars from Cyprus, Greece and Italy will propose their signature recipes in a pioneering festival.
This year the Festival is growing and as it is known, 20 bars will participate, 10 from Cyprus and 10 from Greece and Italy. As in the 1st Cyprus Cocktail Festival, the Cypriot bars will be hosted next to the foreign top bars creating unique cocktails based on high quality spirits and will be:

The Cyprus Cocktail Festival is organized as part of the Digital Agenda Cyprus Summit in order to unite the conference with the city of Nicosia and its people. The event will be accessible to people who have been vaccinated or co-infected with COVID-19 in the last 6 months.
Naturally, street food cannot be missing from this whole phase. Five shops, each unique and unique in its kind, will be there to give us the most delicious and quality street food that will satisfy every palate and will be perfectly combined with the unique cocktails!

The shop that operates with take away and delivery services and offers delicious Japanese flavors in Nicosia, comes to offer us its unique rolls.
Bonnie Eatery
It is a street food project that combines cocktails & craft beer with the special versions of the classic sandwich “Sloppy Joe”, which was in its infancy in the early 20th century in the United States. These sandwiches consist of ground beef or pork, but they have both. The owners were inspired by the special 80s and 90s. Because Bonnie is a “ghost kitchen”, ie a shop that has only delivery services, the only way to try it is through delivery but also at the cocktail festival.
Streat Burgers
Ghost shop where you can order and enjoy 6 unique juicy burgers, combining them with sauces or potatoes of your choice.
