List of 35 new properties for sale, posted on its website Remu of Bank of Cyprus.
The list includes 1 unfinished commercial building, 2 plots and 32 plots of land in the provinces of Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos.
The cheapest property is for sale for the amount of € 6,500 and concerns a plot of 738 sq.m. with a building rate of 10% in the community of Kato Pyrgos.
The most expensive property on the list is for sale for the amount of € 1,900,000. This is a large plot of land of 19,250 sq.m. with building rates of 40% and 80% in Latsia.
Those interested can submit a bid for all new properties until November 19.
